As a nurse in training, educator, and consultant, she is committed to supporting fellow care home providers through education and advocacy. Passionate about improving the care home industry, Raluca actively fights for fair regulations and policies that recognize the unique needs of adult care homes. With a strong vision for the future, she is determined to lead the way for the next generation of providers, ensuring high-quality care and sustainable industry growth.

    Adriana Gavozdea is a professional focused on enhancing the lives of those needing supportive care. As a specialized Realtor in Adult Foster Care Homes, she uses her market knowledge to help families find suitable living arrangements. Since 2011, Adriana has been in the industry as a caregiver and administrator, developing skills in compassionate care and business management. Additionally, she hosts Care Home Conferences, bringing together industry experts and caregivers to share insights. Her unique combination of real estate expertise and hands-on experience makes her a trusted resource for families facing adult care challenges, emphasizing compassion and excellence in her work.

    Angie Muresan has been a provider and advocate since 1994, when she opened her first care home with her mother, in NE Portland. She currently resides and operates a care home in NW Portland.

  • Maryanne Cassera

    Maryanne Cassera, BSN,RN, ACM-RN, is a dedicated and experienced nurse leader and also an owner of a Level 3 adult care home with a specific needs contract for complex care. With 14 years as an ACH provider, Maryanne has developed a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by both residents and care providers in adult care home settings.

    Beyond her daily responsibilities in managing and providing care at her care home, Maryanne is a passionate advocate for fair regulations and policies within the adult care home industry. She actively works to ensure that these policies support the well-being and quality of life for her residents.
    Maryanne's core philosophy centers around creating a warm, home environment for her residents. She is deeply committed to fostering strong, meaningful relationships, ensuring that her care home feels like a friendly and supportive community where individuals can thrive. Her dedication and experience make her a valued member of our care home council as well as a strong advocate for our residents and our ACH colleagues.
